Dr. Butler officially joined the STAR team on September 7, 2021. Dr. Butler brings to STAR over 17 years of experience in Workforce Development. Our mission and student outcomes have enabled STAR to attract talented and dedicated staff, volunteers, and board members, including our Executive Director (ED), Kyajuana Gilbert.
